Perth Train Station

This is my summer holiday, my birthday weekend. I planned a trip to Aviemore staying at the MacDonald Resort. Lovely.

However my hubby has a strong aversion to taking leave, even now he is salaried he cannot bring himself to miss work. Anyhow he is too busy to take the day off so I decided to go myself on the train. Easy enough journey via Perth and on through the Highlands. Once there I walked the town, checked in to hotel and went for a swim/sauna.

Bit wet but no matter, it wasn't cold.
