This is why you should think about drainage when you install a wooden garage next to an earth bank (not my error) and not use the useful gap to dump wood for burning (my error). I am having to replace all the timber of the bottom 60cm on two sides. Learning a lot and very satisfying. Today I finished replacing the lower parts of the frame.
