White wine in your sausages!

That was the advice that Paulette our neighbour gave Mr A when he told her he was making his own sausages. He had put in red wine. Lots of shaking of heads from Paulette and another neighbour Gerard who was sitting in her kitchen reading yesterdays paper.

Much amusement this morning especially when they discussed what a catch Mr A must be to do all this cooking and when I told them that his ex wife was at the wedding without a partner much joking about how I had better keep myself trim or .. and the or was suggested by a quickly raised arm from the elbow ... vamoose! Much laughter.

If there is one thing guaranteed to create amusement here it is a bit of scandal.
