Hydrangea

I spent a very happy morning in the gardening tidying up, cutting back and weeding. Very satisfying. With S's help we managed to move the old compost bin too.

The weather started wet but the rain soon disappeared to reveal lovely blue skies with fluffy clouds and it was warm.

No 2 son arrived this afternoon. He was tired from travelling but seemed in good form. We had strawberries with raspberry sauce and home-mad strawberry ice-cream for pudding - delish.
