Gwnaethon ni 'pererindod' i Gadair Idris a Llyn Cau. Mae e wedi dod yn lle arbennig i ni. Mae e'n dawel ac mae e'n lle hyfryd ac ysblennydd i ymarfer myfyrdod.

We made a 'pilgrimage' to Cadair Idris and Llyn Cau. It has become a special place for us. It is quiet and it is a wonderful and spectacular place to practice meditation.
