Cheese Puffs

Couldn't decided what I wanted for lunch today and the day was so bitterly cold.

So todays choice was good old fashioned, Aunty Pats cheese puffs. A receipe that everyone in the family can almost make with their eyes closed.

Told the guys at work, Id bring them back some hot afternoon tea. Only ate a couple of these myself before I left home.

By the time afternoon tea came round, the whole lot were gone. A dozen of a normal size muffin, plus a handfull of tiny bit size ones. Wolfed down by four of us.

One of the guys is going to bring me some lemons and Im going to try and make lemon meringue pie. Will have to ring my mate Jenny for her receipe, as she used to bring me a whole pie on my birthday, as it's my favourite hands down.
