The Gardens

Bill and I took a quick trip up to the Botanical Garden this afternoon. It's hot, so it got uncomfortable real quick. The heat didn't stop this little hummer from her afternoon snack.

It's been an interesting day, but I'm not going to go into it, because I had to help our son and get him to an appointment at 6:30 in the morning and that meant I had to get up before the sun did, and that meant that I don't sleep well, so at the moment, even though I had a short nap when I got home, I am so tired I can't hardly see straight. And we will be picking him up later this afternoon (he was not allowed to drive himself home...). But he will buy us dinner. Good!
