Delta Force

Today I went paint balling...yes you did read that correctly...for the first time ...aged 50!

To my surprise, I didn't actually hate it - although things were tipping in that direction when my mask steamed up to such a degree that I could see nothing...!

When that was sorted out, I bordered on actually enjoying it once I had a strategy so that I knew what I should be doing. (It would have benefitted me to have paid some ..as opposed to no..attention to the boy's X-Box shooting games I suppose).

This is Richard, who organised and paid for it as a Smartex Field Day and who is nearly 70, and had a heart op in April...

That's what I call throwing caution to the wind and going for it! Hats off to Richard and thank you so much for a great day out! More here.
