Pouring rain

At 6 pm I didn't think it would stop, stair rods from the sky. However by 7 it has dried and turned into a nice evening.

On drying roads I managed to do my 11 mile circuit averaging 17.3 mph, not quite TdF speeds, but a best for about 20 years. And because of the puddles, this was on the Claude, with guards and a carrier (I took the pannier off!). Thirteen PBs on strava and a jolly good ride.
