mess about in boats. Four very happy boys.

I nabbed the board back to paddle out to the edge of the bay to watch the spectacular sunset, just floating about on the oily swell. I was thinking I could have taken my camera and risked it. Of course I fell in, caught turning in the sloppy waves, so it's a good job I didn't! I need a waterproof case or something.

Earlier we had a FaceTime with Ben from Cornwall, who is glowing with tales of the twins and their chatter and his biking scars. I wish he was here to add to the joy of this summer. A fun weekend coming up too, but this evening was really special.
