A day out at Alton Towers. I'm not one for the big rides, but I do quite like the Twirling Toadstool and so do my girls. Two of those five kids in the photo are mine, the other three aren't.

Last night in Leek - carvery tea at the Rudyard, Tour De France wallchart filled in for stages 1-4 and now I'm watching The Football with something approaching disbelief.
