Komle

A West Coast Norwegian dinner! Thursday Night is Komle night at N.B. Sørensen express in Hillevåg, Stavanger...I asked to go there specially!

It is hard to describe what the dumpling is...I will have to ask. Mashed neeps, sausage and some salted lamb (Similar to pinnekjøtt that I got before christmas, but not dried).

Very nice food, homely :)
