Happy Half Birthday

Playgroup this morning then home for lunch and naps. This afternoon we took a walk to see the horses near the church. P has wanted to see them again ever since we saw them last Friday. We didn't get as close this time but she had fun throwing grass over the wall and calling for them. We also stumbled across a tree that was dropping its pine cones (what are they called? It's not a pine tree??). I casually suggested collecting a few of the nice cones to take home...We ended up with the whole shopping basket of the pushchair full!

Little man is 6 months old today. I can't believe it. He now babbles away to himself, blows raspberries and loves laughing at his sisters silly antics. He is having two solid meals a day but still loves his special mummy cuddles! He can roll in all directions and is sitting really well with support. His favourite songs are twinkle twinkle and the grand old duke of York. They never fail to get a smile. His favourite toys are Sophie la giraffe and freddy the firefly but he loves nothing better than being with P. He has changed so much so quickly and I'm glad I've been blipping and able to capture all these special memories for the future.
