The Road To Kinneil

As I drove home from work today, this road sign caught my eye.

I am pretty sure it wasn't originally two separate entries for Kinneil, rather there were probabably entries for "Nether Kinneil" and... I would guess... Upper Kinneil

The sign has sadly seen better days, but I did like its forlorn appearance.
