Meall an t-Seallaidh 21:05

I left work and drove north to Lochearnhead where I left the car in an empty car park. The cycle up the bumpy track in Glen Kendrum was not much fun, but I reached the 600m bealach between two Corbetts at about 7.30pm. I happily dumped the bike in the heather before striding off to pitch my tent on Meall an t-Seallaidh (Hill of the view)

This is at about 850m altitude and looks over Perthshire. Loch Earn, Ben Vorlich and Stuc a Chroin on the right.

As I turned in for the night, I was aware of the silence. It was deafening.
