EYE SORE

City Heights is getting an influx of commercial truck appearing on our streets. I call on one after clearing regulation with parking regulations. It was ticketed removed and returned with a truck weight sticker. The next time I called dispatch informed me that it was only 8,800 pounds & it needs to over 10,000 pounds to not qualify for residential street parking. This day I photographed 5 such trucks w/in 4 blocks of my house. Would this take place in La Jolla? I think not! Are regulations applied equal in rich & poor neighborhoods?
