A Georgian Cook

We sat beside the Spikeri Yard having bought our tickets for tonight's opening concert of the Early Music Festival. It was a Georgian restaurant and Mags & I shared the most amazing hot cheese dish. A bit like a soufflé / omelette / bread / pizza. It was gorgeous. I got a quick photo of the lady who made it & when I get the name of the dish I will comment back.
