Tugboat at rest

Nice to live by a harbor, though you have to go down to the boats to see the real harbor. This is one of three tugboats that berth here. I don't think I've ever seen them out (I don't go down there, I admit), but they are in good repair. I think they do river work.

Across the water you can see some fancy condos and apartments (can you see the yacht at the right middle of the pic?). The waterfront is changing. Some think for the better (meaning fancier and cleaner), and some think for the worse (same reasons). I like it that we can see tugboats and falling-apart piers. It was the working waterfront that made this city happen in the first place.
