Weeping...

... for the decade-old weeping willow.

On Sunday, a big storm hit the country and was most violent in the Steinfort and Ettelbruck areas. Lots of trees have been broken or uprooted. Rain was extremely heavy and hailstones hurt when they touched people.

We were kind of lucky : water in our basement was black and stinky, and some of our stuff was inundated and made unproper for use. But at least, this could be handled by ourselves, whereas many people had greater damage and had to rely on the emergency services.

Kind of a dark day (it was dark like after sunset at 6:30 pm while the storm
was raging.
