Finally headed of on our holidays today and drove down south to our first destination...Lincolnshire.

It was great getting over the border and close to Yorkshire as remnants of the "Grand Depart" were still about....and a wonderful spectacle it was too. Even though I just watched it on the telly, it was absolutely fabulous.

The weather en route was great but in true British tradition, as soon we arrived it started raining!

Here's hoping it improves and that Mr Froome finally gets to the top of the leader board!
