They are on their way

Having checked the timings of the Tour de France I knew that I wouldn't see them today as I would be in a meeting at the time but I went down at lunch time and stood above the route. People were going to have to wait for at least another hour but they were already watching the advertising vehicles going through.

Freebies were being thrown out - some hitting people.

I would have loved to have been there when they whizzed through
