Night Clouds

This is Robin Hood's Bay near Whitby in North Yorkshire. We are in a caravan not far from here and had to go find the beach no matter how late it was. It involved a walk through a very dark wood which spooked the one boy brave enough to come out. I like this shot of the sea wall and cliffs, with the cloud above them and the bright light that suggests a wrecker luring a ship to the rocks or signalling to a smuggler
