Evening at North Third

I have seldom visited the reservoir at North Third in the evening so took a drive up there looking for a different perspective from my normal shots. The light though was disappointing - a rather watery sunlight which did little to enhance the colours. In addition the place was alive with midges so it was quick photography and back to the car. There was this fine piece of sky towards the east/south east and it is probably the best part of this picture, the utilitarian footbridge hardly being attractive.
