Aint life a Beach?

Had an errand to run for my beloved today.. So caught the bus to Seaford and sorted out a repair on Stephen's glasses and then set off for the 8 miles to home... This is a lovely walk, taking in most of Seaford beach and then through a nature reserve back to Newhaven and after a coffee break i wandered back along the river where i met Bob.... Bob was English but used to live in Australia until he developed skin cancer 15 years ago and came home to England to cover up and never expose his skin to the sun if he can help it.... Bob was telling me this as i stood before him with rather tanned arms, legs, face, hands... Anything that is exposed when i'm out walking oh and of course i'm not wearing a hat!!! Anyway he didn't lecture me he was just chatting as you do!!

So i left Bob and carried on up the hill and over the farm to home... All in All i walked 8.2 miles and now i'm off to shower as i have my weight watchers class followed by a Girlie evening around Karen's house.... Fingers crossed i have managed to lose a pound!
