Remembering
Along with many others I have been thinking of Teleri (Chaiselongue) who died a year ago and who is much missed.
It's been just the sort of summer day in Wales that she would have loved: sunny and clear and warm but with a light breeze.
I picked some flowers from the garden and stuffed them in jug and set it on the wall. Then I realised that the branches of the fig tree were swaying behind it and one of the fruits had fallen before its time.
Flowers and fruit, sunshine and shadow, were things she loved and should be celebrated - along with something much more special.
Life does go on.
