Rear end!

So ... This has been cropped massively -but I quite liked it.

Nothing like the worlds greatest cycle race passing through to spread an epidemic of cycling fever throughout the county!! I'm loving it!! ;)

Cathie, Sarah and I cycled out to Silsden - and a bit beyond on the duel carriageway - to watch Le Tour coming through again. Met up with Mike there. He and I stood on the trailer of a truck to get some height.

It is quite an odd feeling waiting so long in anticipation then in a matter of seconds it's over and all you can say is "right then!".

Mike carried on home a different route, we opted for riding along the canal. Which was lovely! We stopped by a little ice cream trolly with an extremely talkative guy. An older gentleman was sitting on the bench and they seemed to know each other fairly well.
It was that whole holiday, festival feel again where everyone was happy to chat.

Jewelz and I went out for a wander round town about 6ish. The streets were fairly quiet, most things were packed away (like the big screens) and everything was returning to normal.

I hope places keep some of the decorations up for the summer!
