Baby Flicker in its tree hole nest

I have seen flickers regularly coming to the bird bath (both the one that was stolen and the new one). The past few days I have heard a loud chirp regularly and I thought for sure there were babies somewhere. Sure enough - I brought out my telephoto lens and spotted the baby poking its head out from the hole in the tree where the nest is. Very cuuute!
