Sunshine & Showers

Another late run-around blip as I have again spent most of the day on cycling. Though at least today involved more than just watching the TV. I led a Sky Ride locally and had a great time with a small group, only 20 miles but they all looked to have enjoyed themselves. Even the woman whose derailieur became wrapped around the frame and almost into the spokes.

At least we managed to get the bike rideable again, and, the Red Arrows flew by as we were setting off from the coffee & cake stop ;-)

Rhetorical question(s) ...
Q/ How many Sky Ride leaders does it take to shorten a chain?
How many attempts will they need to:
a) get the chain through the front derailleur correctly and then
b) have the chain stable on the rear sprockets?
