Banded demoiselle

Downloaded a circular river/canalside walk, and took husband & the camera out to explore. Lovely afternoon, 4 miles in just over 4 hours, with a very welcome pub stop at the 3 mile mark. Feet hurt, but managed to get a half-decent pic of this damselfly.
