British Grand Prix - Silverstone

After waking early and meeting family and friends, there was a bit of foreboding as the weather was wet. We were going to The British Grand Prix at Silverstone, but it turned out dry and sunny.

I saw the Red Arrows again today, twice in two weeks.

Then we were down to racing. Two things, first of all the cars sound awesome, a mixture of old turbo rally cars with jet engines, and secondly you can see the dominance of the Mercedes F1 cars, when you watch the leaders go by then wait 40 seconds for the car trailing them to appear.
