Storm

The wind picket up even more during the night and there was something making a lot of noise so I could not sleep. In the morning things were flying past and lots of rubbish was gathering on the lee side of the buildings. Some freestanding walls looked liked they were ripped off. I went out to nail some stabilizer to them and then I saw that flowers and garden tables and chairs were blowing out off the decks where people were not at home. I picked up some things and subsequently nearly broke my fingers because the wind grabbed them so hard. After that I was more careful. The wind is very fierce here because we are at the edge of town and this direction comes straight from the mountain.
