Wild flowers
Before we left to return to Tilburg, I cycled out to Keukenhof woods to pick some fresh grass and dandelion leaves for the guinea-pigs.
The dandelion leaves were almost as large as those of a cos lettuce, I knew they'd appreciate them.
Kept in a large plastic bag, with a little water in the bottom, the leaves kept really fresh during the journey. Now Molly and Holly are chomping away happily.
On the way back I decided to photograph a strip of wild flowers, next to the Keukenof bulb fields. They're at their peak this month, and I feel rather underestimated. Their beauty deserves to be preserved.
Before he left to go back to his workplace, R and me watched a lovely documentary about Sir Stirling Moss hosted by the seemingly ageless Patrick Stuart.
It was a wonderful documentary, and the perfect anecdote to the seemingly endless other sports which seem to be dominating at the moment.
Enjoy your Sunday evening, peeps!
