Bushra at Bushido

Tonight we went to an Iftar dinner. Iftar is the meal at sunset when the Ramadan fast is broken. The buffet was amazing. Lots of arabic food. Here is one of the chefs at one of the stations serving Mandi, which is a trational lamb dish. The meat was just falling off the bone.
Of course we had far to much to eat!
