Wow

What a day. Walked over to Cross Roads to watch Le Tour and we weren't disappointed. The atmosphere, the age range ( 6 weeks was the youngest I saw!) and cross section of people all out for one reason. No rivalry like there is in football, I'm sure most there had no clue of the complexities of cycle racing ( I certainly don't !).

People were engaging with each other, there was real community spirit and it was just perfect.

Well done to everyone, and lets hope the French enjoyed it as much as Yorkshire has.
