vegan life continues

My mission for today was to bake this vegan chocolate cake that uses avocado and beetroot in it. Had a bit of a fail when assembling it but managed to put it together somehow. Presentation has never been my forte as you can tell. It turned out well tasty though - even 2 boys said so which must mean it's alright :)
