Grief

Another blip I put up yesterday, but didn't go through, surprise surprise.....

We had a bit of an episode. One of the heifers gave birth to a very sizeable calf, who was alive when he was coming out but we lost her as he was caught in 'limbo' for too long.

The mother has very narrow hips, so that was a factor in how the calf got stuck. She's recovering, but could be on death's door.
