Adobo

One of my favorite filipino dish. I love it for its explosive flavors of spices. Sauteed in atsuete seeds,garlic,onion,peppercorn, and bayleaf. Seasoned with pepper,salt and a little sugar and boiled with vinegar and soysauce. Adobo is heaven and worth to be my first blip today.
