Notes: Long day. Supposed to head out to the site first thing to get set up but Sylvan wasn't ready until well after 11. We did a quick drive thru the transition and finish line, got some lunch and then had to be back for early VIP checkin (2-4) and then regular checkin 4-9. Was completely ridiculous. This is near 11pm with the final check off the decoders before getting a little sleep.
