North British Hotel, or Scottish? No Balmoral.

Here is the North British Hotel, now called the Balmoral Hotel, flying the Scottish Flag. The clock is traditionally set three minutes fast so that tardy travellers will not miss their train. Surprisingly for a Saturday, traffic is queued up North Bridge. Roadworks have reduced 2 lanes in to 1 and chaos ensues.
