Red squirrel at breakfast

I went down for a lovely buffet breakfast in the Stuttgart hotel with my friends and we were sitting by the window, overlooking the snowy churchyard.

Whether it is the influence of Blipfoto or not I am unsure, but I happened to have my camera with me.

A lively red squirred had found a nut just in front of us and another squirrel bounded across to try to take the item. I just couldn't resist taking a couple of photos.

I haven't yet learned how to catch the perfect shot of moving wild life - but trying is fun.
