Birmingham was ridiculously busy today. eBay sales have gone like a dream so went into town to pick up the 30mm 1.4. They'd sold out unfortunately so resorted to Amazon, just about managed to get next day delivery in before my phone died. Very excited to get that tomorrow, hopefully in time for kitten pictures.

I also spent proper money on clothes for myself for the first time in years. New jeans, new shirts, even a new coat, something I haven't bought for about 5 years. It felt good to be able to afford it to just go and buy clothes just because I liked them. And then kitten adoption tomorrow hopefully, obscenely excited for that, and then looking forward to a weekend away next week even more.

Very happy today.
