Deconstruction!!

Went to the fish market this morning, and bought a crab for our dinner tonight. Nothing I like more than fiddling about getting all of the crab out of the shell.
The trouble is, after I had finished, I had to clean the kitchen walls & floor as the crab shrapnel was everywhere. Still it was delicious, and washed down with a nice cold glass of Muscadet!!
