Iris

This is my latest painting of an Iris.
We have an exhibition coming up next weekend in conjunction with the local church's Summer Fair and Flower Festival (St Mary's Kippax) so 2 busy days, well nearly 3 because we set it up on Friday afternoon

Been VERY busy today sat in the chair watching the Tour de France in Yorkshire. Mind you I have to admit we did do a very long walk this morning with the dogs, as it was really warm.
I will be torn tomorrow between watching the bicycle race or the mens singles tennis final

Those dogs are still watching for the chucks and go mad when they see them in the garden. They ended up nearly pulling the curtain down yesterday. The dogs that is.
