Visitor

Up early with Tim, who was going off to his usual Saturday morning pilates class. While he was out, I wrapped all his birthday presents for later in the week. When he got back, we went to Sainsburys for our weekly shop, came home and had lunch, then did a load of cleaning and sorting in the flat - ahead of our new carpets being fitted next week. Tim sorted out all our blinds in the living and dining room, which have been taken down and put back up countless times by the workmen, and as a result were looking rather wonky and ratty. I cleaned the kitchen from top to botttom - including scrubbing the floor (first time in a long time!)

Tim went to shut one of our windows this afternoon, and spotted this uninvited visitor on the window sill. I was pretty happy as I hadn't thought of anything to photograph today - so I rattled off a few shots before relocating it outside to our window box.

Nice easy evening, eating delicious meatballs made by Tim, and watching The Hunger Games on TV.
