DIY

I'm not keen on DIY but it has been a bit of a DIY type day.

The painting needed doing, to reach the bit above the garage I had to make a homemade roof crawling ladder to protect the roof tiles. While I was up a ladder I took the opportunity to clean out the gutters. Where did the plastic mushroom come from?? Surely a bird wouldn't have carried it up there.

I took the occasional break to sneak a look at the TDF and I am currently catching up with the highlights.

Aching a bit now, I have been up and down the ladders all day, might have earned a glass of red I think :)

Found a nice little spangle gall on the neighbours oak tree which was almost my blip.
