Life in Sunny Dubai

Last of the big spenders

Ok; not quite. Had a doctor's appointment this morning on the other side of town and G came with me, so after we finished, we popped into Festival City to get a few things done - like visit the Nokia Care store to sort out what G thought was a cracked screen - turns out it was a deep cut in the protector??!! Problem solved by removing the film.

Popped into Plug-ins who are right opposite and this time, G had a go at some of the stuff I was looking at last week. This is her trying out the UGalaxy eye massager which has mood lighting and music to soothe you as it gently massages around your temples. She found it most helpful; so... as I am too lazy to bother with proper exercise and can't really afford to have the massages I could do with for the shoulder and backache my desk job creates; I have taken the plunge and invested in a few things that we will both benefit from. The URelax portable massage seat that can even be taken into the car on a long journey will be super to come home to. :)

Later, G made the most delicious capsicum soup for dinner. Capsicum soup - who would have thought? If she was blipping, I'd link to her journal. Went to the tailor to collect my dress shirts except they need a little more work before I can bring them home. And G has just had her eyes massaged again and loves it. A very relaxed yet fruitful weekend...
