Sourdough bread

I've been making my own sourdough starter ( it's called Dougal !) over the past 6 weeks and this is the 3rd lot of bread / buns that we've made from it! I've heard that you can keep the starter going for years by carefully looking after it and feeding it regularly. Looking forward to tea tonight - bread and cheese mmmhhh!
