Compassion

I currently sponsor a child in the Phillipines through the organisation Compassion. In attempt to keep up with what's happening in Haiti I checked their website today knowing they would be part of aid and relief work going on there. I was sad to learn that they have actually lost one of their staff members who worked in Port-au-Prince and that around 15,000 of their sponsor children have been directly affected by the disaster. As well as the sadness and loss of the many families in Haiti there are so many sponsors back here waiting desperately to hear of the child they support.

I am thinking of and praying for them today.
