Love living in a community.
Coming out of the house this morning I saw J opening up the pub, I stopped and we chatted about the day. Then having breakfast at the local cafe J and K came in and we talked local goss, wedding invites which I'm helping to design and how good the burger is. Then coming back I start to chat to my new friend Kat the hairdresser when my neighbour Charlie S stops for a natter. Fan boys and fan girls might know him as a 'hard' science fiction writer. Not sure what the difference is. But I got him to sign a book for a geeky friend of mine. My geeky friend cried. Tsk. Boys and SF.
