Sunrise!!!

Exclamation marks because I'm not up early enough usually this time of year!
I woke up at 02.55 - wide awake - and tried for an hour to get back to sleep without success, so I got up and went to see if Tia had been 'poorly' (you know what I mean!!) in the night because she was sick etc in the early evening. She hadn't, thank goodness but I let her out in case she needed to go and that's when I saw this ominous looking cloud.
It went grey quite soon after so I was lucky to catch a bit of colour.
Rather than go back to bed I made a cup of tea and settled down with the dogs to watch tv. I found a Syfy disaster movie that was ok albeit the usual format - disgraced scientist ends up saving the world! I got sleepy at one point and missed about 15 mins but after it had finished hubby was coming downstairs to go to work. He thought I was in the spare room because he'd been snoring! (Not this time!)
The weather improved and ended up very warm and sunny with a strong wind. Great Nordic walking weather. We had a swift beer in the pub after but didn't stop for lunch.
My ankle was really hurting after the walk so I iced it and elevated it while watching Wimbledon. I had a couple of short snoozes but kept getting disturbed by dogs/baby/daughter/fiancé.
After a curry the men watched football and I went to watch The Biggest Loser - Australia in the other room. I didn't see any of it! I was out like a light! Went to bed at 11 after 3 hours asleep downstairs!
Hence the blipping of Friday's pic early Saturday morning! ;-)
